How do we ever begin to thank you?! There truly are no words…. The preparation with you was great and so much fun, the security of knowing that things were taken care of was a great feeling . I cannot begin to describe how thankful I am of that alone. Your warm personality, your acceptance of our ways, you wanting us to have what we wanted as much as we did , and your crew was amazing!! The flowers were gorgeous and the arrangements were stunning!!!!! I loved the roses on the red boxes and the way the cake was decorated was simply beautiful. The linens, the draping, the way each table was decorated was just superbly done. I’m so glad that you all have more decorative design skills than me!! The St. Patrick’s day parade only seemed to effect the make up person who was an hour late, so the make up was rushed, but she was a true professional and it still looked fabulous and she pulled through. I’m glad I didn’t know if there was anything else delayed, since I’m a proponent of not having the bride and groom know about things going wrong. And I need to thank you for having us go to cupids arrow!!! Seriously thank you!

Niraj and I were very blessed to have had such a memorable wedding day, with the love brought from our family and friends and the attention to detail and professionalism demonstrated by our vendors. During the planning stages, my husband and I were focused on keeping the event both intimate but elegant with the richness of San Francisco City Hall as a setting.

We started working with Laura Little, our planner and florist, over a year prior to the wedding. At the same time, we started searching for the perfect photographer and videographer to capture our event. Niraj fell in love with Tara’s photography and I felt the same for Major Diamond Productions’ videography. Our vendors went beyond what we had hoped for and we have incredible memories to take with us.

In planning your wedding, never forget that things have a way of falling into place and exceeding your expectations, even if they are not what you had initially envisioned. In the beginning we had our sights set on another venue for but it didn’t allow a ceremonial fire- although at the time I was heartbroken that our first choice wasn’t going to work, it forced us to be creative and expand our search- which led us to SF City Hall. By keeping our wedding at City Hall, we were able to switch between themes for wedding and reception- from a rich mughal theme for the wedding to a modern, crystal-inspired reception. One piece of advice- spoil yourself on wedding photography and video- the day will evaporate before you have time to appreciate all the detail that you spent endless hours exacting. By obtaining the highest quality photography and video, you will not have just a memory of the day- you will have true artwork in every sense of the word, where your most important moments are captured.

It was worth all the sleepless nights and multiple iterations of design that we went through- the end product was exactly what we had wanted in terms of design and was able to have the intimacy and romance essential to any wedding day- we hope our families and friends were able to enjoy it at much as we did.
